Job Description
We're a growing clipping service that turns long-form creator content (streams, videos, podcasts) into viral short-form clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Currently working with creators in crypto/finance education, podcasting, and business content. We're scaling from 3 to 10+ clients and need skilled editors who can execute our proven viral clip format.
WHAT YOU'LL CREATE:
- 20-35 second vertical clips (9:16 format)
- Fast-paced editing with strong hooks in first 2 seconds
- Captions on every single word (bold white text, black outline)
- Jump cuts to remove all dead air and pauses
- Optimized for maximum engagement and virality
PAY STRUCTURE:
Month 1 (30-Day Trial):
- Performance-based: $1.25 per 1,000 views
- Average earnings: $400-800/month
- Learn our system and prove quality
Month 2+ (Promotion to Flat-Rate):
- $20 per approved clip (regardless of views)
- Consistent work available (40-100 clips/month)
- Paid monthly via PayPal or Wise

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Ability to identify viral-worthy moments in long-form content
- Excellent communication and reliability
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Experience with auto-captioning tools (CapCut captions, Descript, or similar)
- Ability to deliver 1080x1920 resolution exports
- Stable internet for file downloads/uploads
WORK STYLE:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Meets deadlines consistently (24-48 hour turnaround)
