Experienced Real Estate Video Editors

I'm looking for experienced, video editing partners for a real estate videography business in Australia. The brand focuses on interest through filming techniques, colour-grading, story-telling, sound design and showing how the house interacts with natural light. Initially, I'm looking to find an editing person/team that can help with 60 second Real Estate listing videos.

- Must be Premiere Pro and After Effects - Style and focus is on pacing, colour grading and the uniqueness of the house, not on over-editing - After Effects experience should include speed ramping, location pinning and an understanding of masking - Experience colour-grading LOG footage - Turn around time is 48 hours for each project with the ability to do 36 hours for some clients. - Paid training for our style is expected - Must be fluent in English
