What You’ll Be Doing Editing 10–20 short-form videos per week (10–120 sec) Creating content for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube Editing ads, creator-style videos, B-roll mixes, and UGC Building strong hooks, pacing, retention, and CTAs Creating multiple versions of videos for testing Adapting edits to vertical, square, and landscape formats Using AI tools to speed up captions, cleanup, enhancement Sourcing stock footage, SFX, and music when needed Delivering clean exports on time This is not slow, cinematic editing. It’s fast, platform-native, performance-driven work.
