ABOUT THE ROLE: We are Hiring Explainer Video Editor for our news platform. A creative professional to craft visually compelling explainer videos that simplify complex topics and engage audiences. Using expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and animation, the role involves producing 2– 10 minute videos that inform, entertain, and resonate with youth while ensuring clarity, creativity, and strong visual impact. − Location: Koregaon Park, Pune Maharashtra − CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month − Languages: Hindi + Any additional language − Work Mode: Full-time, Work from Office KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: − Edit and produce clear, engaging explainer videos (2–10 minutes) in Hindi. − Use infographics, text animations, motion graphics, and visual storytelling to simplify complex stories. − Collaborate with writers to translate scripts into powerful videos. − Bring stories to life with motion graphics and visuals that boost viewer engagement. − Deliver high-quality outputs quickly while meeting newsroom deadlines.

REQUIRED SKILLS: − Excellent command of Hindi with strong reading, writing, and grammar skills. − Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.). − Strong command of motion graphics, infographic animations, and visual design. − Creative ability to simplify and explain complex issues visually. − Efficiently manage multiple projects with speed and accuracy. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: − Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Film, Media Production, Animation, Visual Effects, or a related field. − 1–3 years of experience in video editing, motion graphics, or digital content production, preferably in news, media, or digital storytelling. − Strong understanding of video storytelling, motion graphics, design principles, and visual narratives. − Proficiency in video editing software, motion graphics tools, and analytics platforms for digital content performance.
