We’re searching for a long-term video editor who can transform raw footage into unforgettable edits — work that feels like it belongs on Vevo, MTV, or a festival reel. This isn’t a one-off project. Expert-level editing in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro. • Motion graphics + clean transitions (After Effects or equivalent). • Pro-level color grading (DaVinci Resolve preferred). • Ability to edit to the rhythm and energy of music. • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual style. • Sound design awareness — syncing audio hits, transitions, and effects. • Portfolio with music videos, ads, or cinematic edits. • Reliable turnaround times + ability to work on deadlines. • Excellent communication skills — open to feedback, responsive, and collaborative (Zoom/Slack ready).
