YouTube Editor Needed

I have an established farm and homestead YouTube channel with over 26k subscribers. Looking for a skilled editor with an interest in permaculture, gardening, homesteading that would be able to take video recorded from out in the field and produce high quality, engaging short and long form videos for the channel. We have lots of professional quality B-Roll of the farm and will continue to record with a high quality camera, mic and drones.

We will train the successful candidate and would prefer to approve all videos before being posted, but ultimately we want to find one person we can grow with on the journey to 100k+ to support our consulting and design business.
