Job Description
Partner Wanted — Short-Form Video Editor for Aires Arena (Unpaid Initially, Possible Future Revenue Share)
Hey everyone!
I'm building Aires Arena, an independent Free Fire community and tournament platform. The website is already live and includes player profiles, teams, tournament registration, official results and Discord integration.
Website: https://aires-arena-22.lovable.app
Discord : https://discord.gg/2Bcx6kh7m
I'm now starting to build the social-media presence for Aires Arena, mainly on Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and Facebook Reels.
I'm looking for one video-editing collaborator who enjoys gaming content and wants to help shape the visual identity of an early-stage project.
What we'd work on
* Short-form gaming/community videos
* Website feature walkthroughs
* Tournament announcements and recaps
* Player and team spotlights
* Captions, pacing, transitions and a consistent visual style
The brand direction is dark graphite, metallic surfaces, restrained red accents and a clean esports-broadcast aesthetic. I can provide scripts, screen recordings, screenshots, ideas and real tournament information so the editor isn't starting from a blank page.
Compensation — being completely transparent
I currently have no budget for upfront payment. This is an unpaid collaboration at this stage, not a paid editing job.
If Aires Arena eventually becomes financially viable, I'm open to discussing a written revenue-share arrangement with contributors. However, future revenue is uncertain and there is no guaranteed income or promised payout. Any ongoing revenue-share arrangement would need clearly agreed terms in writing before that work begins.
I understand if you're looking for paid work and this isn't a fit.
Who might enjoy this?
Someone who:
* Enjoys Free Fire or gaming/community content
* Likes editing Shorts, Reels or similar videos
* Wants to help shape a project rather than just receive one-off editing instructions
* Is comfortable with a small, flexible workload
* Is interested in improving their skills and building a portfolio
You don't need to be a professional editor. Reliability, communication and a willingness to experiment matter more than flashy effects.
How to get in touch
Please reply or message me with:
A short introduction
Links to two or three examples of your editing, if available
The kind of content you enjoy making
How much time you'd realistically like to contribute
I'd prefer to start with a small, mutually agreed pilot and see whether the working style is a good fit. No one should feel pressured to make a long-term commitment.
I'm trying to build Aires Arena into a real, useful gaming community, and I'd like to find someone who genuinely enjoys being part of that journey.
Thanks for reading!
