[Hiring] Short-form video editors, paid projects, 3 minute form

I am Vedant from StarGen Leads, and I am hiring short-form video editors. What we need: someone who treats the first three seconds like the whole video, because for the viewer it is. What you get: paid projects as they come up, pay and terms in writing before any work starts, free to apply, and a US-based personal brand growth company may hire from the same list. What to send us: one short video you are proud of, and what you did to it. Form, about 3 minutes: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf1QvKo6Mposr8gqXf5ogjdZ7Aadkxps2pM_Y9Je5FbYvrzTQ/viewform?usp=dialog This is a talent pool, so nothing is guaranteed. I will answer any question in the comments.
