Short-Form Video Editor (Instagram Reels) - Creator Content

We're looking for a short-form video editor to turn raw creator footage into Instagram Reels. This is a taste and judgment role more than a technical one. If you can watch a clip and instantly know which 10 seconds is the moment, you'll do well here. What you'll do: - Go through raw footage from content shoots and find the best moments - Cut clips down: trim shaky parts, pick the right start and end points - Add fitting trending music and on-screen captions where needed - Deliver finished Reels ready to post, at a consistent daily pace - Log every reel in a shared tracking sheet - Optional but strongly helps hiring odds: suggest caption ideas for the posts The editing is straightforward. You won't need advanced effects, and CapCut is fine. What matters is that you understand what makes a Reel feel good to watch and get it done fast. Volume: we expect roughly 5 to 10 reels per working day once you're up to speed. Pay is a monthly base plus a bonus for every approved reel above the base target. Strong editors who also write great captions will be paid more and can become our lead editor as the team grows. Hiring process: a short paid trial task (3 raw clips, 24 to 48 hours) before any long-term offer.
