We offer a PAID Trial task first so we can both see the fit.
Projects usually come in batches of 4, 6, 8 or 12 videos.
Consistent, on-brand work leads to more volume, polished briefs and bigger roles.
Who you'll work with:
You won't be editing on your own. Every project is supported by our producer and our Creative Director, who guide you from brief to final delivery and give you feedback along the way.
Producer. Your day-to-day point of contact. The producer briefs you on each batch, shares the footage, references and brand notes, sets timelines, and keeps things moving in Notion and Slack.
They review your drafts first, give practical feedback on pacing, captions and structure, and are the first person to go to with any question, big or small.
- Creative Director. Sets the creative direction and the quality bar for every brand we work with. The Creative Director reviews edits before they go to the client, gives feedback on storytelling, hooks, style and brand fit, and helps you understand the thinking behind each note so you can apply it to future projects.
How feedback works: drafts go up on Frame.io, where you'll get clear, time-stamped comments. Most rounds come through the producer, with the Creative Director stepping in on creative direction and final approval. If a note isn't clear, just ask. We'd much rather talk it through than have you guess.
This support is a big part of how editors grow with us. The more you absorb from each round of feedback, the faster you'll move into polished work and bigger projects.
Our systems
Google Drive (shared assets). Every project asset lives in the shared Drive folder, synced to your computer with the Google Drive desktop app. Link your Premiere Pro and After Effects media from that synced folder, never from a local-only folder. That way we can open the project any time, during or after, without chasing files.
Notion (project management). You'll get your own Notion board with project details. Use it to share drafts and keep task statuses up to date.
Slack (communication). Keep updates fast, clear and proactive at every stage. If something is unclear or running behind, flag it early.
Frame.io (drafts). You'll get access to our Frame.io account. Upload every draft there and we'll leave time-stamped feedback.
File naming. Project files and renders follow our naming convention exactly. We'll share the SOP before you start.
Requirements
What we need from you:
We keep rules to a minimum, but these matter because our clients rely on them:
Meet the deadlines you commit to. If something might slip, tell us before it does.
Follow the brief and the brand guide on every edit, basic or polished.
Learn from feedback. The same note shouldn't need to come up twice.
Communicate promptly. Reply on time and ask questions early rather than guessing.
Keep files organised in the synced Drive folder, named correctly.
Payment:
Your per-video rate is agreed before any project starts.
If we change the scope or ask for major revisions on our side mid-project, we'll add 25 to 50% of the project price on top of your invoice.
We pay directly to your bank account, local or international, in the currency that suits you.
Your first one or two projects are paid per project. After that, fortnightly or monthly.
Good to know
Normal revision rounds within the brief are part of the job. Anything outside the original brief counts as a scope change.
Client footage, brand assets and unreleased content stay private. Ask first if you'd like to use something in your portfolio.
Brand kits
We'll share each brand's guidelines here before you start working on it (except one-off client projects).
Tell us about you
Fill this in and send it back. It helps us match you with the right work.
