Senior Motion Designer and Editor

FOR PHILIPPINE RESIDENTS ONLY We’re looking for a highly creative and technically skilled Senior Motion Designer & Editor to create engaging motion graphics and video content across digital, social, paid media, and broadcast platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can take a project from initial concept through final delivery, turning creative ideas into polished, story-driven visual content. You should have a strong eye for design, pacing, storytelling, and detail, while also being comfortable collaborating with producers, creative teams, and clients. What You’ll Do: - Lead the concepting, design, and execution of high-quality motion graphics and video content - Edit video content into engaging, story-driven sequences aligned with brand, campaign, and audience objectives - Create and deliver content for digital, social media, paid media, and broadcast-ready formats - Work closely with producers throughout the full production lifecycle, from ideation to final delivery - Maintain high creative and technical standards across all outputs - Apply strong visual storytelling skills, including rhythm, pacing, transitions, and music selection - Collaborate with cross-functional creative teams and communicate directly with clients to interpret briefs and feedback - Manage revisions, changing requirements, and production challenges efficiently - Explore new creative tools, techniques, and AI-assisted workflows to improve quality and efficiency - Contribute to a collaborative and positive studio environment while providing creative leadership when needed

What We’re Looking For: - Strong professional experience in motion design and video editing - Proven ability to conceptualize and execute motion graphics and video projects from start to finish - Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, rhythm, and music - Experience producing content for multiple platforms and formats - Ability to maintain brand consistency and high creative standards - Comfortable working with producers, creative teams, and clients - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage feedback and revisions - Ability to work independently and manage multiple creative projects - Willingness to explore and incorporate new technologies and AI-driven creative workflows - A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant motion design and editing work is required Nice to Have (but not essential): - Experience with DaVinci Resolve - Experience with 3D motion design tools or workflows To Apply: Please send your updated CV in PDF format to camilled@engagedstaffer.com.
