Short-Form Clipper / Video Editor – Performance-Based Campaigns

We’re recruiting talented short-form clippers/video editors for performance-based content campaigns. The role involves turning campaign source content into engaging short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We’re looking for people who can do more than simply edit. You should be able to identify strong moments and angles, create attention-grabbing hooks, maintain viewer retention, and package content in a way that has the potential to generate significant views. Campaigns are run through Content Rewards and compensation is performance-based, meaning earnings are determined by the views/performance generated by approved content rather than a fixed fee per edit. We're particularly interested in clippers who have previous examples of high-performing short-form content.

• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts • Ability to identify engaging moments from source content • Strong hooks, pacing and viewer retention • Clean, high-quality vertical video editing • Understanding of captions, sound, B-roll and other retention techniques where appropriate • Ability to adapt editing style to different campaigns and niches • Reliable and able to produce content consistently • Comfortable with performance-based compensation • Previous short-form portfolio preferred • Previous high-performing/viral content is a strong advantage When applying, please include your portfolio, relevant social profiles, and examples of your best-performing clips with view counts.
