Reels Editor

Hey! I run a small but growing Instagram account (@coachbott, ~300 followers) where I coach high school athletes on leadership and mental performance. A few of my reels have already hit 10-20k views organically, and my business behind it is already landing real clients, we just need help getting more consistent reach. Looking for someone to help with content strategy and editing: talking head reels (2-3/week) plus some b-roll, and ideally scripts too if that's in your wheelhouse. This is a small account now, but that's the opportunity: we have a real niche, an offer that's already converting, and content that's already proven it can hit. If you're good at growing small/new accounts, this is a shot to be part of that story from 300 to something much bigger. Budget: $300-600/month USD depending on experience and scope.
