Editor who creates UGC content, on camera

We are hiring editors to make short-form UGC content about video editing. This is not editing work for us. You are on camera, making your own videos about editing, and posting them. You will set up and run a dedicated TikTok account for this project. Your existing follower count does not matter. What you make: 4 videos a week, 30 to 60 seconds, vertical. Each one is you talking to camera about an editing problem, plus a screen recording of you solving it in our tool. We give you the angle each week. You script, shoot and edit it yourself. We do not send scripts. Pay: $40 per video. Four a week is $640 a month, guaranteed. Performance bonuses on top based on views. Strong weeks can earn over $2,000, and up to $8,000 a month. Paid every 15 days. Ongoing work on a long-term basis, not a one-off project.

You know your way around a timeline. Premiere, Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut, it does not matter which. You are comfortable on camera and can explain an editing technique without being boring. This is the part that decides the role. Plenty of excellent editors are unwatchable on camera, and this job is mostly camera. Clear audio and a legible screen recording setup. Able to ship a finished video without hand holding. Based in the US, UK, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
