We are Ghumoo With Us, a theme-based travel company specializing in wildlife safaris, experiential tours, group trips, and curated getaways. We are expanding our digital presence and actively hiring two creative freelancers (or one multi-talented creator) to join our team on a monthly retainer basis starting immediately! 📌 ROLE 1: Instagram Carousel & Post Designer We are looking for a visual designer who can take our weekly content plans and translate them into clean, high-converting, and visually stunning Instagram posts and carousels. Deliverables: 8 Carousels + 6 Static/Single Posts per month. Payout: ₹7,000 / month (Fixed Retainer). What we provide: A complete monthly content plan and creative direction to guide your designs. What you do: Design aesthetically pleasing carousels and posts that align with our brand identity, drive saves/shares, and showcase our destinations cleanly. Requirements: A strong visual eye and the ability to meet deadlines consistently. There are no software restrictions—whether you use Canva, Photoshop, or any other tool, we just care that the final designs are top-notch and fit our brand. 📌 ROLE 2: Short-Form Video Editor (Reels) We are looking for a video editor to compile raw travel and safari clips into engaging, well-paced Instagram Reels. Deliverables: 10 Reels per month (roughly 2–3 Reels per week). Payout: ₹700 per Reel (₹7,000 / month total). What we provide: All raw video clips, reference examples, and sound/topic direction. What you do: Select the best segments from raw clips, assemble smooth compilations, apply clean transitions, match trending audio, and add clean text overlays/captions. Requirements: A good understanding of Instagram Reel pacing, audio sync, and travel aesthetics. No software restrictions—use CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or whatever you are most comfortable with, as long as the final output is high quality. 💡 WHY JOIN US?
