We have multiple sports properties that require fast and high quality turnaround. Our episodes are short (12-15 minutes) really just need fluff cut out and engaging overlays every 2-3 minutes that are relevant to the topics being discussed. A deep understanding in NFL content is necessary. All templates, overlays, and assets will be built under guidance of our creative director. Your job is pure execution: syncing, cutting, dropping in templates, and formatting. We prioritize editors using automated tools (like AutoPod) to move fast. Audio: Master tracks (clean noise gate, leveling, compression). Shorts: Extract 3-5 viral vertical clips per episode with dynamic kinetic text. Thumbnails: Swap text/faces into pre-made Canva/Photoshop templates. The Setup: Rate: Fixed monthly retainer (open to negotiation based on speed/quality). Trial: Selected candidates will do a single paid test episode. No agencies or corporate portfolios. We want young, sports-centric creatives.
