video editor to grow a YouTube channel with

Hey everyone! I’m currently developing a game and I’m planning to consistently make YouTube videos around the development process, progress, behind the scenes, devlogs, and eventually larger videos around the project. I’m looking for a video editor who would be interested in joining me long term and helping build the channel from the beginning. Instead of paying per video, I’m offering a 50/50 split of the channel revenue. I’d handle the recording, ideas, content, and overall direction while you’d handle the editing and help shape the style and pacing of the videos. The channel is still early, so obviously there’s no guaranteed income right away. I’m mainly looking for someone who likes the idea of building something together and potentially growing it into something much bigger over time. You don’t need to be some crazy professional editor either. If you’re good at pacing, storytelling, humor, subtitles, sound design, and making videos genuinely entertaining, I’d love to talk.
