I'm looking for a full-time video editor based in India or the Philippines for a long-term position. PAY India: ₹35,000/month Philippines: ₱25,000/month The expected workload is approximately 1 video per day, with videos generally around 2 minutes long. This is a fixed monthly position.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EDITING The content is centered around: Ninja The Low Taper Fade meme Gaming Streamers Internet culture Gen Z memes TikTok edits Fan edits YouTube Shorts The audience is primarily English-speaking Gen Z viewers, especially in the US and other Western countries. VERY IMPORTANT: YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE CULTURE You need to genuinely understand: American Gen Z humor English internet culture TikTok culture TikTok editing styles Fan edits YouTube Shorts Twitch Gaming culture Streamers Current memes Viral clips Internet slang Current trends Sarcasm and irony Meme formats You should already know what the Ninja Low Taper Fade meme is and understand the type of humor surrounding it. You should also be familiar with the style of TikTok fan edits, including fast pacing, music-based editing, transitions, effects, beat syncing and creative clip selection. I don't want an editor who needs me to explain every meme, trend, or reference. If a line in the video references something, I want you to be able to think: "I know what clip/meme/reference would make this funny." THE EDITING SYSTEM IS ALREADY BUILT You will receive: After Effects presets Templates Editing guidelines References Existing examples The complete editing workflow You do not need to invent an editing style or create complicated effects from scratch. Your job is to execute the existing style while making good creative decisions. You will independently find: Clips Memes Images Music Sound effects Supporting footage REQUIRED SOFTWARE You must have: Adobe After Effects 2025 Topaz Video AI A computer capable of comfortably running all of the above Experience with After Effects is essential. REQUIREMENTS Based in India or the Philippines Strong English comprehension Strong After Effects 2025 skills Premiere Pro Topaz Video AI Experience with TikTok-style editing Experience with fan edits Experience with short-form content Good clip selection Good music selection Strong understanding of memes and internet culture Strong understanding of US/Western Gen Z content Familiarity with Ninja and the Low Taper Fade meme Good sense of pacing and retention Able to work independently Reliable and consistent Able to produce approximately 1 video per day Content judgment is extremely important. Someone who is technically excellent at After Effects but doesn't understand the humor, memes, TikTok editing style or target audience is not a good fit.
