Hi everyone! I’m helping a content creator find a video editor to work with them on their content. We’re looking for someone who can handle both short-form and long-form editing, with a style that is simple, clean, aesthetic and engaging. We’re not looking for overly flashy edits. Good storytelling, pacing and visual consistency are more important. The workload • 20 short-form videos / Reels per month • 4 long-form videos per month • Content will include both short-form and YouTube-style long-form videos What we're looking for • Experience editing both short-form and long-form content • Strong sense of pacing, storytelling and visual aesthetics • Ability to make simple edits feel polished and engaging • Good understanding of music, B-roll, subtitles, transitions and basic motion graphics • Reliable with timelines and revisions • Portfolio/work samples required 1.
