YouTube Long Form Video Editor

Duties: —> Edit and assemble recorded footage into high quality YouTube videos, ensuring seamless flow and engaging storytelling —> Incorporate graphics, animations, sound effects, and music to enhance video appeal and viewer engagement —> Collaborate with team members to develop visual elements that align with brand standards —> Optimize videos for YouTube platform specifications, including aspect ratios, resolutions, and file formats —> Stay updated on current video editing trends and YouTube best practices to continually improve content quality —> Deliver polished, publish ready videos in 7-10 days. Qualifications: * Proven experience in video editing for YouTube * Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Adobe Premiere Pro. (Bonus) After Effects * Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and visual composition principles * Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members * A portfolio showcasing previous video editing projects demonstrating creativity and technical skill * Strong Understanding of YouTube hooks
