WeShuddhs is an Ayurvedic wellness brand in India. The founder is a practising Ayurvedic physician with ~4M followers across Instagram, YouTube and Facebook (1.4M IG, 561K YT). Almost everything we sell is sold through video — Reels, short-form, product and lifestyle content, plus paid social ads. We're hiring one person, in-house, to shoot and occasionaly edit **The work** - Plan, light and shoot — Reels, short-form, product/lifestyle, on location and in studio - Operate camera, capture clean production audio, direct talent (including the founder) - Bublish: story, pace, colour, audio, subtitles/motion - Keep the footage library and project files organised **Details** - Location: Gurgaon Sector 48. Must have: - A portfolio or showreel of work you personally shot (publicly viewable link) - Comfortable operating a camera solo: framing, composition, focus, exposure - Basic lighting — able to set up and light a subject in studio and on location - Able to capture clean production audio (lav/shotgun, levels, room control) - Experience shooting short-form vertical content (Reels / YouTube Shorts) for a brand or creator - Comfortable directing talent on camera, including the founder - Can plan a shoot: shot list, coverage, b-roll, variety of angles — not just a static talking head - Based in or able to commute daily to Gurgaon Sector 48 — this role is on-site, not remote - Comfortable working in Hindi/Hinglish shoot environments Nice to have: - Own camera and lens kit - Experience shooting product and lifestyle content - Worked with a D2C, FMCG, health or wellness brand - Gimbal / movement work, multi-cam setups Not required: - A film school degree - Agency or big-brand names on your CV
