Long Term YouTube & Twitch Video Editor (Music Creator)

I’m an 18 year old musician and content creator building a long term brand across YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram. Content will include: * Gaming with friends * Music production and studio sessions * Guitar and creative projects * Behind the scenes of becoming an artist * Funny moments and personality driven content I’m looking for someone who understands pacing, storytelling, and internet culture. I want videos that feel authentic and entertaining while still matching a creative and artistic identity. Responsibilities * Find engaging moments from streams and recordings * Edit YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels * Edit occasional long form YouTube videos * Add captions, graphics, sound design, music, and effects when they improve the story * Contribute creative ideas for videos and content strategy This is intended to become a long term partnership as the channel grows.

I’m not looking for perfection or years of professional experience. I’d much rather work with someone who understands my vision, is genuinely creative, and wants to build something unique together. If you’re passionate about creating and willing to grow alongside me, that’s far more important than having a perfect resume. * Strong portfolio demonstrating creative, engaging editing work (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or similar). * Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro. * Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and audience retention. * A genuine passion for creativity, whether through filmmaking, music, photography, fashion, visual art, or other creative disciplines. * Able to identify funny, emotional, cinematic, and memorable moments without relying on AI clipping software. * Willing to contribute creative ideas and collaborate on building a unique brand, not just follow instructions. * Strong communication skills and reliability. * Able to meet deadlines and accept constructive feedback. * Interest in long term collaboration and growing together.
