We’re hiring editors for an ongoing short-form content opportunity with a fast-growing dating app. You’ll receive raw footage from the founder, turn it into TikToks/Reels that actually hold attention, and post them to dedicated TikTok + Instagram accounts. This is ideal for editors who understand internet culture, hooks, pacing, retention, and what makes people stop scrolling. What we’re looking for: • Strong short-form editing skills • Understanding of TikTok/Reels trends and retention • Reliable communication and consistency • Someone who studies what performs well and can bring new ideas/angles • Active social media presence preferred (engagement matters more than follower count) • Experience with dating, lifestyle, commentary, meme, or founder-style content is a plus Compensation is performance-based and paid monthly based on verified total views across your clips.
