Hiring: Outreach Specialist (Remote | Commission-Based)

I’m looking for a motivated Outreach Specialist to help connect with content creators, coaches, business owners, and personal brands. What you’ll do: • Reach out to creators on Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and email • Start genuine conversations (no spam) • Book qualified discovery calls • Follow up with leads • Maintain a simple CRM or spreadsheet

Requirements: • Good written English • Confident communicator • Self-motivated and consistent • Experience with cold outreach is a plus (not mandatory) Compensation: 💰 Performance-based commission for every client you help close. High performers will have the opportunity to move into a fixed + commission role as the agency grows.
