Video Editor (Gaming Content Creator | Long Form + Shorts)

I am looking for a video editor/s to support both long form YouTube content and short form content for platforms such as TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The content will primarily come directly from live streams. You will be working with VODs, stream highlights, and clips from a variety of FPS games including Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, Apex Legends, along with League of Legends and other variety games. This role focuses on transforming raw stream footage into engaging content that performs across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for shaping gameplay moments into structured videos with strong pacing, clear storytelling, and engaging presentation. Responsibilities include editing long form YouTube videos, creating short form content, identifying entertaining moments from streams, improving pacing and storytelling flow, adding subtitles and captions when needed, and incorporating creative elements such as memes, GIFs, reaction images, and hook based intros. The goal is to enhance entertainment value while keeping the gameplay and personality at the center of the content. This is a collaboration opportunity. I am currently finishing my cybersecurity program and actively looking for work, so I am not in a position to pay an editor at this time. This role is intended for someone looking to build their portfolio, gain experience, and grow alongside a creator over time.
