Job Description
Who we are:
a DTC sleep brand running Meta ads daily with a five-figure monthly ad budget. Our video ads drive the business, and we're scaling creative volume.
The work:
1. 20~ edited reels/week for Meta ads, 15–45 seconds each
2. Style: direct-response / UGC ads — strong hooks in the first 3s, captions, text overlays, music, b-roll
3. We supply raw footage, briefs, and hook scripts. You make them scroll-stopping.
4. Remote, async, any timezone. CapCut or Premiere — your choice.
Pay: $12/hr (~20–25 hrs/week) + performance bonuses. When an ad you edited wins, you get paid for it — measured straight from Ads Manager, bonuses stack as the ad scales:
Tier: Winner
Criteria (per ad, lifetime): $1,500+ spend at 2.7+ ROAS
Bonus: $100
Tier: Hyper Winner
Criteria (per ad, lifetime): $3,500+ spend at 3.2+ ROAS
Bonus: +$200
Tier: Mega Winner
Criteria (per ad, lifetime): $5,000+ spend at 3.8+ ROAS
Bonus: +$300
One ad that goes all the way = $600 on top of your hourly. We share the performance numbers with you monthly, fully transparent.

Requirements
You:
