Shortform and Longform video editor for realestate and lifestyle content

Hey whatsup you guys!! I own an content agency where I do media work mostly for construction companies and real estate agents right now im looking for two editors.. 1 short-form (instagram) and 1 long-form (youtube) to work in the real estate niche. All you have to do is download the raw footage, edit, send for review, and get paid. Personally, I'm open to payment terms.. can be a recurring payment for a certain amount of time, dedication or per piece of content… For Example (dont come at me these arent final compensation values): $800P/Month for 5HRS Editing time P/Week (20hrs Per month) or $20-$75 per short-form, depending on format and complexity $75-$150 per long-form, depending on length and complexity What ill do is send you one test edit (paid gig). You can tell me how long it took you.. and if you feel like you can do it faster.. also if you acutally enjoy doing those kind of edits and if you have a good style. We will agree to terms I’ll onboard you into my backend system to start sending you content to edit and getting you paid.. im very quick responding and paying with all of this. Expectations: Good English best if you speak both english and spanish pls lmk if you do Good Communication.. no lazy or sloppy work (i mean like use your creativity i will even pay extra for a particularly spectacular video) 24–36 hr turnaround for SF 36-48 hr turnaround for LF Keep track of the time you spend in the editing room if we are doing time based pay. Short Form Requirements: Best if you use after effects or davinci resolve or final cut but if you use Capcut its fine for the UGC content as long as it comes out like it needs to look. Long Form Requirements: Need to know how to color grade Log Footage Need to know how to use any or all: Final Cut Pro, Premier Pro, After Effects or DaVinci Resolve Plus if you can also make the thumbnails i dont even mind if you hire someone to do it you can just charge me extra on the invoices.
