Video Editor for Anime Reactions — Remote Position

THE MORE YOU EDIT, THE MORE YOU EARN! We are looking for a reliable and experienced anime editor to help edit long-form reaction content for YouTube. The faster and more reliably you edit, the more work you’ll receive and the more you can earn. Responsibilities: * Edit full-length anime episode reactions (reducing runtime from ~25 minutes to ~15 minutes per episode) * Maintain strong pacing and viewer retention throughout the video * Remove awkward silences, unnecessary pauses, mistakes, and dead air * Use dynamic zooms, shot cropping, filters, and appropriate face cam usage to improve engagement * Add visual and audio stimulation while keeping edits clean and watchable * Preserve humor, emotional moments, and authentic reactions * Ensure content is edited in a way that avoids copyright issues when applicable. If the editor is unfamiliar with proper copyright-safe editing methods, we will provide clear instructions and workflows to follow * Export videos according to provided upload specifications * Upload editable project files and packaged media after completion Compensation: * Approximately $120 per project * Projects are typically assigned every 9–15 days depending on your own pace and turnaround time * Payments sent through PayPal upon request To Apply: Please email the following to bryantsnewemail@gmail.com * Your name/display name * Your country * Editing software you use * Examples of previous work After applying, we will send instructions for a sample submission. * Must be fluent in English * Must be at least 18 years old * Must communicate promptly and consistently * Must not be a full-time student or full-time employee elsewhere * Must have a reliable computer capable of editing long-form video content * Must be willing to create and maintain a Microsoft Teams account and a PayPal account if they do not already have them * Must be proficient in at least one of the following: * Adobe Premiere Pro * DaVinci Resolve * Final Cut Pro * Vegas Pro * CapCut Desktop * Other professional editing software
