Position: Minecraft Video Creator / Editor (Maizen / JJ & Mikey style)

Job Description We are producing Minecraft YouTube content in the Maizen / JJ & Mikey style, focused on short-form videos and highly engaging gameplay scenarios for a global audience. The role involves working on the full content pipeline or specific parts of it, depending on your skills: Main responsibilities: • Recording Minecraft gameplay based on simple scripts or ideas • Creating and building in-game maps, mazes, and themed scenes • Setting up survival, escape, challenge, and “story-based” scenarios • Editing fast-paced short-form videos optimized for YouTube Shorts • Adding basic effects, cuts, zooms, captions, and sound effects to improve retention What we are looking for: • Basic or intermediate experience with Minecraft (building or gameplay) • Understanding of short-form content pacing (important) • Ability to follow simple instructions and adapt to feedback • Creativity in building or improving scenes • Reliability and consistency Nice to have (but not required): • Previous experience with YouTube Shorts / TikTok edits • Knowledge of CapCut or similar editing tools • Understanding of viral Minecraft content formats Work style: This is a long-term collaboration. You will be working on repeated content formats, improving quality over time, and potentially taking full ownership of certain video types.
