Job Description
Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling, high-quality short-form videos aligned with the brand’s storytelling style and guidelines
Collaborate closely with the creative team to understand video objectives, structure, and desired visual direction
Incorporate graphics, text, music, and sound effects to enhance storytelling, engagement, and overall video quality
Use video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) to edit and enhance video content
Work with scriptwriters, graphic designers, and animators to ensure seamless integration of visuals and motion graphics in the final video
Stay up to date with the latest video editing techniques, tools, and social media trends (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
Review and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video content
Maintain a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and quality across all editing and post-production work
Ability to shoot and capture high-quality video footage when needed (bonus)
Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure smooth teamwork and a cohesive final product
Requirements
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
Strong understanding of audio balancing, sound design, color grading, sequencing, and motion graphics
Ability to export in a variety of formats optimized for social media platforms
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong ability to visualize and execute creative video concepts
Familiarity with professional camera equipment and lenses is a plus
Strong creative eye for composition, pacing, and storytelling
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
Experience with AI tools for animation or editing is a plus
