This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can deliver high-quality, fast-paced, engaging content consistently. 🎬 What You’ll Be Working On Short-form videos (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Restaurant / food content Business promotional videos Event highlights and recaps 🛠 Responsibilities Edit videos from provided footage Color grade (S-Log footage → final polished look) Add music, sound effects, and basic text overlays when needed Deliver high-quality final videos ready for posting Maintain consistency with brand/style guidelines Fast turnaround times 💰 Budget Starting at $25 per video Can increase based on: Quality of work Speed and reliability Ability to match our style consistently 📈 Opportunity Consistent weekly work (multiple videos per week) Potential to grow into a long-term role within the agency

🎯 What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of short-form editing style (fast-paced, engaging, attention-grabbing) Ability to create high-retention edits (hooks, pacing, cuts, music sync) Experience with S-Log footage and color grading (clean, cinematic look) Ability to follow specific creative direction and references Clean, modern editing style (no cheesy templates) Good communication and reliability
