Job Description
We are a growing creative agency looking for talented video editors to join our roster! We specialize in high-quality YouTube Talking Head videos (long-form content) and we need partners who understand how to keep an audience engaged for 8-15 minutes. π
What we are looking for:
Storytelling & Pacing: Expertly cutting "talking head" footage to ensure a smooth, logical flow without dead air. βοΈ
Motion Graphics: Creating professional on-screen text, lower thirds, and call-to-actions that look baked-in, not just slapped on. π¨
Visual Variety: Using B-roll, zoom-ins/outs, and overlays to keep the visual experience dynamic. πΌοΈ
Consistent Branding: Maintaining a unique but consistent style for each channel we manage. ποΈ
Sound Design: Clean audio leveling + background music that shifts with the tone of the video. πΆ
The Scope
Duration: Varies! We handle everything from 5-minute explainers to 20-minute deep dives. β³
Complexity: Projects range from simple clean-ups to high-production edits with custom motion graphics.
Volume: Steady, recurring work for the right candidates as our agency expands. π
Compensation:
Rates are project-based: We scale our pay based on the difficulty, length, and technical requirements of each video. We value quality and pay accordingly!

Consistent Branding: Capability to follow a specific style guide and maintain a uniform "look and feel" across multiple videos. ποΈ
Audio & Color Mastery: Clean voice processing (EQ/Compression), balanced background music, and professional color grading. πΆβ¨
