Documentary Short Video Editor Wanted

Hello! I have a YouTube channel based around Pokemon. I post about 3-5 times a week. Im looking for an editor, doesn’t have to be an expert. preferably someone who is decent at documentary style videos. This wouldn’t be a one-off either. this will naturally lead to more videos a week as the channel grows. I have no knowledge with documentary style edits but have a vision for my channel. I just need someone to fill in that gap for now as I will be expanding into more weekly edit-heavy series that will require your expertise/knowledge as well. I will be paying per video after seeing a rough cut. the videos for this particular series are around 5-7 minutes in length so we can definitely discuss how much per video, I’m not looking to cheap out either but something reasonable.
