Job Description

We are developing visual training videos for wastewater treatment operators used across the United States and Canada for certification preparation. Our long-term goal is to build high-quality vocational training courses in sustainability, environmental engineering, and water infrastructure. These videos help train the next generation of professionals responsible for protecting public health and the environment. We are looking for video editors, motion graphics artists, and visual storytellers interested in collaborating on educational content. Responsibilities may include: -Editing lecture recordings into engaging educational videos -Creating visual explanations, diagrams, and animations of engineering processes -Adding captions, transitions, and visual elements to improve clarity -Helping transform technical concepts into clear and engaging visual content -Collaborating on new formats for educational YouTube content This is a great opportunity for students or early-career editors to build a portfolio in science communication, educational media, and documentary-style content. Students and early-career creators are encouraged to apply Portfolio or sample work is preferred but not required.

Requirements

Requirements * -Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) -Interest in educational content, science communication, or technical storytelling -Ability to work with lecture footage and create clear visual explanations -Familiarity with motion graphics or animation (After Effects, Blender, or similar) is a plus -Creativity in simplifying complex ideas through visuals
