Video Editor / Motion Designer for Educational Course Content

I’m looking for a skilled video editor with motion design experience to help bring my educational ultrasound course content to life. The role involves: • Creating short, clear explanatory animations based on my hand-drawn visuals and concepts • Integrating those animations with recorded teaching videos to produce a single, cohesive, polished course video • Syncing visuals precisely to narration and instruction for clarity and learning impact This is a project-based collaboration with an estimated timeline of 2–3 months. Ideal candidate: • Experienced in motion graphics / animation for education or training content • Detail-oriented and comfortable syncing multiple visual elements into one seamless video • Understands how people learn visually (not just flashy edits) • A strong communicator who can collaborate and give creative input Bonus (not required but highly valued): • Ability to create a short brand or intro video • A natural storyteller who understands pacing, emotion, and audience engagement Budget: Open and flexible depending on experience and scope, but I’m looking for someone efficient and fair.
