Video editor for Videogame Retrospective

I'm currently looking for more video editors for my youtube channel focused on VideoGames retrospectives. The average video should last at least one hour. And besides paying you per project, you'll also have the 20% of the revenue produced by the videos you've edited.

The editing style isn't that much of a problem, with some cuts, background music and texts when its required is more than enough. although, if you can make the videos more appealing to the viewers using motion graphics or similar matters it would be good too.
