Clipper / Video Editor (German, DACH) – TikTok/Reels/Shorts (Remote)

We’re building a German-speaking clipping team (DACH) for a business creator. What you’ll do • Turn long-form content (podcast/YouTube) into high-retention 15–60s short clips for TikTok, Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts • Identify the best educational + viral moments (strong hooks) • Add clean subtitles + simple cuts/zooms (CapCut is enough; Premiere/DaVinci also fine) • Follow clear guidelines (format, style, naming) and iterate with quick feedback Workflow • You receive long-form files + examples + clear rules • You deliver short clips (9:16) • We review performance and continuously improve Compensation (important) 100% performance-based (no hourly salary): the better a clip performs, the higher the bonus/payout.

• Fluent German (must) • Interested in short-form content (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) • Able to deliver consistently and communicate clearly • Editing tool: CapCut / Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve • Beginner-friendly: no experience required (motivation and willingness to learn matters most) Nice to have • Good sense for hooks and pacing • Basic subtitle styling / clean typography • Interest in business/entrepreneurship content To apply Send: tool + weekly availability + (optional) one short sample.
