Basic Requirements - Minimum 1–2 years of professional video editing experience - Proven experience editing YouTube long-form & short-form content - Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, rhythm, and viewer retention - Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro - Working proficiency in After Effects (titles, motion, transitions, basic VFX) - Ability to follow brand guidelines, references, and feedback precisely - Consistent deadline discipline and clear communication - Stable internet connection and a reliable workstation - Must have a real, publicly accessible portfolio (website, Drive, YouTube, Behance, etc.) - Comfortable working with international clients and time zones Not suitable for: - Absolute beginners - Editors without a portfolio - Hobby or part-time editors looking to “practice.”
